4. What is trial period and what is cost for using trial?

Trial of 7 Days is completely free including product demonstration if needed. Training and support is available to our paid clients.

5. Is there any additional fees for using DiamCloud mobile version?

DiamCloud mobile access is included with your online subscription at no additional cost.

6. What is a security and privacy of my Data?

Your data is stored on secured and highly encrypted servers which auto backup on different geographical locations.
We do not have access to any of your private data and neither does anybody else.
Our application uses dual factor authentication to register your computer to your account so you must authorize new devices before they can log in.

7. Can I migrate my inventory information into Diam Cloud?

Diam Cloud supports bulk inventory upload from Microsoft Excel files. So, as long as you can export your inventory into an Excel file, you can upload it to our Cloud platform.
